Give us the area or the Eircode when you call. If you are close to the edge of where we go, we will tell you before anything is agreed, not after.
Car parks and tight spots
Multi-storey and basement car parks are fine, but tell us the level and any height limit. If the car is nose-in against a wall, say so: it changes which side we can reach the battery from.
If you are on a motorway or a fast road
Get everyone out of the car and behind the barrier, away from traffic. Put the hazard lights on. If anyone is hurt, call 112 first. We deal with the battery after everyone is safe.
